Continuous List and Library Export

  • Exports all the lists and libraries in a MOSS or WSS site as a set of normalised tables to any SQL Server database:

  • Continuously updates the target SQL tables (data and structure) as your SharePoint site changes, every few seconds, or on a schedule you define.
  • Builds an indexed SQL table for each list or library on the fly:

Columns
  • Exports attachments and documents, as well as list data, and stores them as binary objects in the target SQL database.
  • If approval is enabled in your SharePoint list or library, only approved items are exported.
