This service is ideal for clients who require assistance with architecture, configuration, optimisation, troubleshooting, or bespoke enhancements tailored to their environment.
Professional Services begin with a free 30-minute initial consultation to determine whether we can take on the work. After assessing the requirements, we will offer either a fixed price for the agreed deliverables or a “pay as you go” model. Under the pay-as-you-go option, hours are billed at the end of each day and cover all time spent on meetings, calls, emails, analysis, research, and custom development. Travel and accommodation expenses are charged separately for any in-person visits.
